Ashley has been recruiting and hiring salespeople for over 10 years. She most recently worked as an enterprise recruiter at salesforce.com from 2011-2013, helping new and existing sales divisions hire during very rapid growth. In addition to her experience at salesforce.com, Ashley held recruiting positions at LexisNexis and TheLadders and on the agency side she started her recruiting career at the Omni Group in 2005 and then opened up the west region office for Chicago based The Jacobson Group in 2006. Ashley is a full cycle sales recruiter who is proficient with most recruiting tools including LinkedIn.
Joel has been in sales and sales leadership for close to 20 years. Joel’s most recent sales leadership roles were at LinkedIn where, in 2011, he was the first SMB sales leader in the New York satellite office. After hiring and building the east region’s SMB team, Joel transitioned to LinkedIn’s Enterprise sales organization in 2012 and was a LinkedIn “Club” award winner. In 2013 Joel hired and built the first LinkedIn Federal sales division. Joel began his sales career in the late 90’s at CCBN where he built and managed CCBN’s 50 person satellite office in San Francisco from 2000-2004. From 2006-2010, Joel worked at Thomson Reuters and LexisNexis, where he won both Manager of the Year and Circle of Excellence awards.
